MISSION STATEMENT. To deliver irrigation water equitably and efficiently at a reasonable cost to the user and to provide effective leadership, efficient operations and responsive customer service. Vale Oregon Irrigation District will maintain and operate the irrigation system in a way to maximize beneficial use of all water and ensure long term reliability of the system.
