BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 VOID is divided into five divisions and each division is represented by a board member. These directors are elected by qualifying water users for a term of three years. To have voting rights in VOID, a landowner must be 18 years of age or older; must own or be purchasing land situated within the District and subject to the charges or assessments of the District; and may be a resident or non-resident landowner. The Board represents the water users in establishing rules and regulations, and policies for an efficient and equitable operation consistent with the law. Board meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month. The meetings begin at 1:00 pm at the District office, with an open forum.

 

Division 1:  Covers the Harper area. The current director is Perry Seiders. His term expires 12/31/2009 (original term expires 12/31/2009).

Division 2:  Covers west of Vale and east to Greenfield Road. The current director is Paul Zinie. His term will expire 12/31/2009 (original term expires 12/31/2010).

Division 3:  Covers from Greenfield Road to 5th Avenue East. The current director and Vice Chairman is Gary Westcott.  His term will expire 12/31/2009.

Division 4:  Covers from 5th Avenue East to the section line between 9th and 10th Avenues. The current director and Chairman of the Board is Warren Chamberlain. His term will expire 12/31/2011.

Division 5:  Covers from the section line between 9th and 10th Avenues to the end of the project above Jamieson. The current director is Corey Maag. His term will expire 12/31/2010.
